AMSER is a portal to educational resources and services—open courseware, comprehensive Web sites developed by researchers, lectures, notes, and applications. It is funded by the National Science Foundation as part of the National Science Digital Library and managed by a team of project partners led by the Internet Scout project at UW-Madison.While initially constructed for use by those in community and technical colleges, the site is free for everyone to access and one can create a personal login to save and organize particular resources and to receive recommendations of related information.
