Publishing Your Research Article, Drop-In Workshop, March 28 (3:00-4:30)

Workshop will introduce library resources to help you prepare your research article for publication, find an appropriate journal in which to submit it, and manage your rights when signing a contract with a publisher.

Library workshops are free to students, faculty and staff; no registration necessary to attend. Interested participants should plan to meet instructor at the Information Services Desk, second floor, Steenbock Library.

CURB Project Remodeling Continues...

On March 21, the first floor of Steenbock Library will close for remodeling. Visit the Circulation Desk in order to request item retrieval from the first floor stacks. The remaining floors of the library (second, third and fourth floors) will remain open to library users.

The CURB remodeling project will benefit Steenbock Library with improved air-handling and lighting. Please direct any questions, comments or concerns to Bob Sessions, the Steenbock Library building manager.

EndNote in a Nutshell

Workshop will cover the basic features of using EndNote including organizing, searching and sorting records, importing records electronically from MadCat and journal article databases and preparing bibliographies using a wordprocessor (cite while you write).
